a whisker away from a whistle
I know that this site is for prepubescent puerile and putrid youth, but even here, there has to be a limit to the amount of filth one had to tolerate.

OI!
How dare you misquote Svlad Cjelli like that? A better quote would be: "Oh no, I couldn't possibly - thank you very much."
I'm not sure if thats a question or not, but either way this quote was from the person in the account Svlad Cjelli, not the real Svlad Cjelli, and by real Svlad Cjelli I mean the literary character. By the way he said much better things compared to the shitfest of a quote you gave.
Windows Narrator voices in the murk...
Couldn't see much of this animation, and what I saw wasn't too exciting.
this was hard to follow
It was very difficult to watch this film because the art was a little unpolished and the scenes did not transition well from one to another. I went from watching what I think were IV tubes, to watching a burly suited man in a tank to watching a flying saucer land with nothing in between to explain what each scene was or how they were related.
For someone like me who has never played the game Metroid, this film is difficult to figure out. I felt like the bewildered man at the pictures in the Stephen Leacock story:
"Was the big man in the suit in fact inside the flying saucer? I wonder, oh yes he was - there he is getting out of it.... What are those? they look like alien crab legs scissoring very slowly back and forth....ah, I get it, it's the big man's legs...walking."
It might help if you were to create a storyboard to plan your animation so you make certain that it's clear how someone gets from point A to point B, and what, or who wwe are looking at.
Having picked this to pieces, I still think it was an ambitions and very promising animation. If you keep polishing your work, you should really go places.
thanks for the tips, ill take it on consideration.
very elegant
This was a very elegant little film.
I'm humbled that you think so. Thank you!
nothing too new or interesting here
I don't know why you chose to draw one cahracter fuly, while leaving the other, (Link) as a collection of unconnected and disproportionate body parts. That was odd.
In spite of this, I thought the artist worked hard on this, so I awarded a 2.
I believe that there should be a NEW RULE ON NEWGROUNDS:
Instant free blam for anyone who uses the music from the burly man sequence in The Matrix Reloaded, and a heartily endorsed double-blam for anyone who uses a dance remix of it.
:)
Surely you know of rayman, and surly you know you're music. Mr. music expert. Guess again.
a nasty peice of work
that was horrible, brutish, pointless, and generally a waste of time.
I did manage to make out that the situation is supposed to involve sadistic teachers and brutish students killing each other in a variety of horrible ways, though it was generally impossible to tell which was which.
I ddin't like the story, or the art, or the message, or the music. In fact, this was so excruciating that I had to give up before the animation had finished.
There are a lot of sick little bastards making submissions to this website.
Hmm.
It looks like you simply got bored with it.
The song you used, by the way, is called "The Entertainer".
Well executed but needs polishing
I think the frog joke is mean. I like small frogs. The art is good, and the music is good. The pacing is just a tiny bit slow.
very ambitious
This is one of the most ambitious sprite movies I have seen. I like the way you kept some of the characteristics of the old Final Fantasy characters, and much of the same brand of humour while creating your own unique story.
I always loved that "Gwa-ha-ha" laugh.
glad you liked it :D
